Although I have paid, I have not yet received my premium account!

Please note bank transfers usually take 3-5 days.

If you premium account is not activated after this period of time, please check if the money was returned. There might be a typo in the destination account data.

If the money was not returned please provide the following info to service@world-of-dungeons.net:

  • your player account name
  • the world you have the account in (e.g. Algarion)
  • your real name
  • your country (e.g. UK or USA)
  • the date you initiated the bank transfer

I am having difficulties paying by phone!

We have multiple users from this location or computer!

Unfortunately some players want to cheat and take advantage by creating multiple accounts, which is not ok.

To prevent this we perform ip checks regulary.

If you share the same ip with other players (same computer, same network, or same internet access point) please take a look at your world's forum WORLDNAME - users in an interconnected system (see tavern => forum, there section court'). Please read the notes in the top post.

I have an account in each world - is this ok?

You may have one account in each world. You may not have two or more accounts in the same world.

What happens to my heroes when my premium account expires?

If your premium account expires your premium character (e.g. priest or paladin, but not Barbarian, Mage or Archer) will be deactivated. They will be reactivated if you order a premium account again.

Please note that you may continue playing premium races even if your premium account is expired.
