The Dwarfs went separate ways years ago.
As the Kargashian moved their civilization deep into the hearts of the mountains of Kargash where they remained alone for many years, the Targeshian remained on the surface of the land. They are more open to the ways of the world by comparison to their kin, and are known for their masterful handcraft. They have long since become a crucial part of the civilizations of the borderlands.
